The Cross Kites Pro Twister is the "airtime" kite of the range: designed for beginner to intermediate riders who want to switch to freestyle, on mountainboard, buggy or even on foot, with real potential for speed, lift and jump height.

Its wider than average wind window, combined with fast forward flight, allows it to cover more distance and generate its power through speed rather than staying deep in the window pulling hard. Piloted with direct movements, this speed translates directly into lift: when well positioned before takeoff, it offers true height when the jump is engaged at the right time.

This same speed changes how the kite pulls on the ground: by moving further forward in the window, it reduces lateral traction, making it easier to convert power into forward speed. In buggy, this results in better close-haul angles and smoother acceleration; on board, the kite maintains its speed properly in turns.

An A, B, C bridle arrangement and brake keep the profile under control at high speed: the brakes shape the rear of the sail rather than simply pulling on the trailing edge, allowing precise piloting even when loads shift rapidly in the window.

On the bar, the front lines remain focused on power transmission and rear lines on direction: the Twister thus maintains full reactivity, even with a relatively compact bar. The Ronstan pulley lets the power lines follow the steering input, and the front lines adjust to fine-tune the angle of attack.

Construction: lightweight 40D nylon shell, stronger 70D polyester internal battens, low-stretch Dyneema bridle and Dyneema SK75 flight lines : sewn terminations for clean and durable connection. Mesh air intakes keep the leading edge under control even at high speed, and an internal dust channel evacuates sand towards the tips.

Supplied complete with its bar, the Twister is ready to fly straight out of the bag.
