Designed for beginner to intermediate riders looking to get into freestyle, the Cross Kites Pro Twister clearly targets speed, lift and jump height, whether on mountainboard, buggy or on foot.

A wide wind window and fast forward flight allow the wing to cover more distance and draw its power from speed, rather than staying deeply embedded in the window. Piloted firmly, this acceleration converts to lift: with good timing, positioned precisely before takeoff, it delivers true jump height.

On the ground, this speed reduces lateral traction and facilitates conversion to forward speed: better angles when sailing on buggy, smoother acceleration, and a wing that maintains speed through turns on board.

With 4-line handles, each hand works independently: direct control over direction, braking and traction dosing. This is the most complete way to pilot the Twister, on buggy, landboard or for technical jumping. On longer sessions, a harness line or backstrap relieves arm strain.

Technically, A, B, C bridles and a brake keep the profile under control at high speed: the brakes act on the rear of the sail rather than simply pulling the trailing edge, allowing precise control even when loads shift quickly in the wind window.

The sail combines a light 40D nylon shell with stronger 70D polyester internal profiles. The low-stretch Dyneema bridle and Dyneema SK75 flight lines are both finished with stitching for clean, durable connection. Mesh air intakes protect the leading edge even at high speed, and an internal channel directs sand to the tips for easy cleaning.

Supplied complete with its handles, the Twister is ready to fly straight out of the bag.
