Three new Flysurfer references have just arrived at Powerkiter. Two of them cover disciplines that the shop had barely offered under this brand before. Here is what you need to know.

Flysurfer SOUL4: the most versatile closed-cell foil kite in the range

The SOUL4 is the 4th generation of an already proven kite. Flysurfer reworked the aerodynamic profile to reduce lateral pull (the overpowered feeling disappears), improved upwind performance, lightened bar pressure and made relaunching even easier. The result is a kite that suits both beginners looking for one kite to start with and experienced riders who want a travel kite covering all disciplines: freeride, freestyle, foil, on water, land or snow.

Available in 7, 10, 12, 15 and 18 m². The 4-layer bridle system and integrated drainage are the technical signatures of the SOUL range.

Flysurfer TAO² RH: Powerkiter's first Flysurfer surf wing

This is the most significant new arrival for the shop. After the Aeryn, we continue building out the wingfoil range with the TAO² RH. The TAO² is a high-performance wing that covers waves, big air, freestyle and freeride equally well.

Technically, it stands out with a high-stiffness Dacron frame for better power transfer, refined aerodynamics (smoother leading edge, reduced trailing edge camber for less drag upwind) and Tip-Flex technology that absorbs gusts and smooths out the ride. The RH version features two rigid carbon handles with four attachment points on the centre strut: the right choice for big air and wave sessions where even load distribution and direct control matter most. Available from 2.5 to 7.0 m², wind range from 8 to 37 knots depending on size.

Flysurfer POW2: your downwind session wing

The POW2 is a different kind of product. It is not a traditional traction kite: it is a single-skin wing designed for downwind foiling and drift. You deploy it to head upwind, fold it back into its backpack to catch the next wave or bump. Ultra light, simple, fast to handle.

Compared to the first generation, Flysurfer shortened and colour-coded the bridle (fluorescent sheath for visibility in the water), removed the pulley to simplify handling, and added a 5.5 m² size for medium winds. The ergonomic bent carbon handle reduces fatigue on long sessions. Available in 1.7, 2.3, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.5 m².
